Patron Chef Alfred Prasad opens the doors to his kitchen to reveal the secrets of his culinary creations with a host of inspired classes. Suitable for beginners or seasoned cooks, this is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the most well-respected Indian chefs in the country. In 2002 Alfred became the youngest Indian chef to have a Michelin star and held the star for 13 years. His philosophy of Heritage, Health and Happiness lies at the core of his cooking.
